Lego uses a custom feed system developed internally. The implementation uses postgres and redis
for persistence.

Installed feeds

* Notifications (Support for seen and read values, aggregated)
* User Timeline (Public user activity, aggregated)
* Personal Timeline (Private activities based on the elements you follow, aggregates)
